Jones & Terwilliger
Galleries is the personal vision of owners Barbara Jones and Patricia
Terwilliger. Opening their original gallery in
1997, they now have an impressive gallery in the center of the Art Colony
of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California on the
beautiful Monterey Peninsula. In 2005, they opened a gallery on El Paseo in Palm Desert California.
Host to the West
Coast Oil Painters of America Exhibition in 1997, the galleries have rapidly
become one of the town's premier gallery
destinations. The elegant and intimate settings invite you to view an
impressive selection of traditional paintings and
sculpture by over 50 nationally acclaimed Artist and emerging talent of today.
They also feature an impressive selection of
internationally recognized painters from England, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands
and China.
Colorful garden
scenes, European and American landscapes, masterfully painted figurative
studies, still life, and seascapes in realistic and
impressionistic styles are represented in the galleries collection. Also
featured are salon and life size bronzes. The
galleries host many special exhibits each year, as well as artist's
demonstrations in painting and sculpting.
